Formed in
2008 in Las Vegas by singer Dan Reynolds, Imagine Dragons was first known after
performing in barrooms and casinos across Nevada, displaying a pleasant
alternative rock mixing as well folk and electro-pop styles. After coming to
fame almost 2 years ago thanks to a platinum-selling debut album, the band is about
to release in February 2015 its sophomore LP Smoke & Mirrors, asserting through the well dressed-up new single Shots a fullness of emotion and energy,
without forsaking an original identity favoring positive and ambitious music works despite few
detractors who would roguishly accuse the group of lacking depth. No matter, their next gigs
are sold out.
