Artist of the Week : Imagine Dragons

Should we still present them, Imagine Dragons hit very hard in the early 2010's with their first album " Nights Visions ". With over four million copies sold, the opus conceived by Dan Reynolds, Wayne Sermon later joined by Daniel Platzman and Ben McKee was credited with some records including chart toppers such as "Radioactive"  or "Demons". The American band was since impatiently expected with the release of a sophomore album but today, we can assert that the targets are not yet met …
Released last February, the album "Smoke +Mirrors" post sales clearly below their first opus. Last week, it reached the 900.000 copies sold worldwide what remains however far less than the sales of " Nights Visions". In stores, the singles from their first album are selling better than those of the second, as Shots or I Bet My Life.

Through  various strategies like having opted for a Broiler’s remix of "Shots", Imagine Dragons shows having a little more up its sleeve by uploading its new song Roots. As explosive as gripping, this new unreleased single could announce a second edition of the album. The alternative rock band puts us again earful with an effective pop rock track.
